Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Colors of Heritage, a volunteer-run arts and culture programme, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

Identity and contact data: the participant's name, and the name, email address and phone number of the parent or guardian who consents.

Entry data: the category, title and description of an entry, and the performance video you upload or the link you share.

Judging data: eligibility notes from coordinators, scores and comments from judges, and the published result.

Technical data: a sign-in cookie and your IP address, used to keep the service secure.

We process this data to run the competition — checking entries, judging them and telling you the result — and to meet our legal obligations towards participants under 18.

Where KVKK requires it, we rely on your explicit consent, given when the entry is submitted. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to anyone.

Personal data is seen only by the programme's coordinators, judges and administrators, and by the service providers that host this site and send its emails.

We do not transfer personal data abroad for any other purpose.

Entry data is kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy and then deleted. Records of consent are kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

You may ask whether your personal data is processed, learn what it is and why, and request correction or deletion. You may object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.

A parent or guardian may exercise these rights on behalf of a participant under 18.

Send requests to [email protected]. We respond within the periods set by KVKK.
